Building a winning team

If there is a time that every employee in an organization looks forward to is the periodical team building activities. This is the time when the employees drop the formalities and the routines of the office setting and they engage in outdoor activities all geared towards deepening cohesion and synergy among the employees. This begs the question, is a team really built in this one day event? Truth is, teams are not built out in the field away from the office; teams are built through daily interactions both in the work environment and out of work. This program seeks to educate leaders (we consider everyone a leader despite the office they hold) on how to successfully build a winning team through following principles that have been derived from studying of successful sports teams in different sports disciplines.
