Change management

There are only three constants in life; death taxes and change. Change is constant. The only place that you don’t get change is at a vending machine; otherwise you are bound to experience change everywhere else. Change presents both opportunities and challenges. Resisting change is the most natural human response and no one relishes a change except a wet baby. However, what we resist persists but what we befriend we transcend. Caught in the middle of change in every organization are the employees. Change could be confusing and could cause anxiety which ultimately affects the performance of employees especially if it’s not properly managed. This change management program provides proven tools of managing the process of change covering areas such as creating a sense of urgency for change, putting together a team to guide change, communicating for buy in, empowering the people to act, reinforcing change and creating a new culture.
